Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — you'll always be refunded in full.
• An order confirmation email is your receipt; it does not guarantee shipment until the order leaves our facility.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times on our Shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the package delivered; if a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right under our returns policy.

Returns and warranty

Returns follow our 30-day returns policy. Products carry at least a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; longer manufacturer warranties are noted on the product page where applicable.

Acceptable use

• You must be 18 or older, or shopping with a parent/guardian's permission.
• Don't misuse the store: no fraud, no automated scraping that harms performance, no attempts to disrupt the site.
• Product reviews and messages must be truthful and must not violate anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

Product photos, descriptions, and site design are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy or redistribute them without written permission, except to share a product link with a friend.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
